Transthoracic echocardiography, transesophageal echocardiography, treadmill stress test, 24-hour blood pressure monitoring and ECG Holter devices equipped at outpatient non-invasive laboratory are used for detailed outpatient diagnosis and treatment of patients presenting to the cardiology clinic. Thus, cardiovascular diseases, coronary diseases, valvular heart diseases, hypertension, heart failure and rhythm disorders – all prevalent conditions in our country – are efficiently diagnosed and treated by our physicians.

For patients who require inpatient treatments in Cardiology Clinic of our hospital, Invasive Cardiology Unit is established to manage emergency cases round the clock and state-of-the-art devices are used following treatments: radial coronary angiography; coronary stent implantation in radial angiography; coronary atherectomy; placement of stent to non-cardiac vessels (carotid artery, renal vessels, leg vessels); graft stent implantation through femoral artery for the patients with aneurysm of aorta; heart valve replacements with closed surgery for aortic valve disorders; and repair of the mitral valve disorders by inguinal approach.

Pacemaker, implantable defibrillator and three-chamber implantable defibrillator are implanted for the management of rhythm disorders and heart failures.
