Infectious Diseases

Influenza, meningitis, urinary tract infections, hepatitis, food poisoning, diarrhea, respiratory tract diseases and parasitic diseases are all managed in the Department of Infectious Disease Medicine. Likewise, differential diagnosis is made for non-infectious diseases accompanied by fever and patients with such conditions are referred to the relevant department(s) by Infectious Disease physician. The department also conducts procedures required to control, monitor and minimize nosocomial infections.
